You must be at least 21 years old to purchase from PatriotBiologics. By placing an order you represent that you meet this age requirement and are legally able to enter into binding contracts.

All prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, and correct pricing errors. Orders are accepted only upon successful payment authorization.

We ship within the United States Monday through Friday. Standard and Express options are available at checkout. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.

Due to the research-use nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of opened items. Damaged or incorrect shipments must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, and product imagery — is owned by or licensed to PatriotBiologics and is protected by US and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use our content without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PatriotBiologics and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
